They managed all tenant relations, conducted quarterly inspections with reports for us, and took care of minor repairs and maintenance, ensuring our house and property were well maintained. They used local services to service plumbing and heating and our outdoor pool servicing. I have been living in a unit managed by SOPM for several years, and I am a huge fan! Technically they represent my landlord—but as a renting tenant, I have found them so thoughtful, proactively supportive, and efficient that it feels like they are there to make my life easy. No matter what issue may arise, one quick message will bring an immediate response—and the appropriate solution (or workman, etc) thereafter. They have longstanding relationships with some top-notch local tradesmen, and they apparently get priority service. As it happens, I like them tremendously as people, too; I actually look forward to my visit with Pam during our quarterly inspections. I feel truly lucky that my place came with them in charge. If I end up buying property of my own in the region, I absolutely will want them as my managers.
