8. Residential Tenancy Agreement Preparation

Once approved, SOPM prepares the Residential Tenancy Agreement package and coordinates electronic signing with the tenant(s) and owner(s).

  • PAD / automatic payment forms

9. Security Deposit Collection

SOPM coordinates the collection of the tenant’s security deposit and ensures deposit funds are properly submitted prior to possession, in accordance with Residential Tenancy Act requirements.

10. Move-In Coordination & Inspection

      Professional Tenant Placement Fee

      One Full Month’s Rent

      • Minimum Fee: $1,250.00 + GST

      The placement fee is payable once a tenant has been approved and tenancy agreements are complete.
