Home Watch — Professional visual inspections of your Okanagan home, designed to protect your property while you’re away.
Living in the Okanagan often means balancing full-time living with travel, seasonal stays, or extended time away. Whether your property is in Penticton, Summerland, Peachland, West Kelowna, Osoyoos, Oliver or Naramata, leaving your home unattended can expose it to risks—from frozen pipes in winter to extreme heat, wildfire smoke, and irrigation issues in the summer.
Many insurance providers require regular home checks during extended absences for absentee homeowners. Without proper documentation, claims related to damage or emergencies may be denied. Our Home Watch services provide detailed, scheduled inspections so you can have confidence that your home is being properly monitored and cared for while you’re away. We recommend confirming specific requirements with your insurance provider.
With our local Okanagan Home Watch service, you can trust that your property is being looked after with care and attention. From routine checks to urgent response, we ensure your home remains secure, maintained, and ready for your return—no matter the season.
