- Applies only to rental units NOT in buildings with 5 or more rental units owned by the same owner
- No personal occupancy evictions allowed in large rental buildings (5+ units)
📝 How to Serve Notice Correctly
- Use the RTB Web Portal to generate the official notice (form RTB-32L)
- Notice includes a unique Notice ID for tracking
- Must provide birthdates of landlord and related persons (for internal use only)
- If serving in person, generate notice before 9 PM on the last day of the rental cycle
